It takes about 5 business days to process the order at our offices in Bangalore and ship the package. In case the product ordered is under production, the processing time may be longer. In such cases, you will be informed by email. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout. Within India, orders are delivered within 6-7 business days after processing.
All our products are made with utmost care and we ensure high quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer any returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If you find that you’ve made an error with size of your clothing then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement. Certain products specific to the COVID-19 are under the category of essential products and hence do not qualify to be returned or exchanged.
